David Brass was recognized on December 9, 2019 for his dedication to soil and water conservation at both the state and local levels. David is currently serving as the Vice-Chair and has previously served as Treasurer.
Jefferson County Legislators Michael Montigelli and John Peck presented Director Brass with a Certificate of Appreciation. David has actively served on the District board as the Grange representative since 2002.
NYS Associate Environmental Analyst, Ryan Cunningham, presented David with a letter signed by the Assistant Director of NYS Department of Ag and Markets, Brian Steinmuller. The letter highlighted David’s work at the local level as well as his dedication to NYS Soil and Water Committee since 2007.
