NYS DEC’s stormwater permit requires all developers, contractors, and subcontractors to identify at least one trained person from their company that is responsible for implementation of the SWPPP, and have at least one trained contractor on site on a daily basis when soil disturbance activities are performed.
The class will be held in the Gathering Barn at Old McDonald’s Farm, 14369 County Route 145, Sackets Harbor, NY
Photo ID is needed for registration which begins at 9:15 am.
