Common winterberry (also known as winterberry holly) is beautiful in any landscape, and it is low maintenance. Light flowers bloom in late spring and the bright red berries are on display throughout the winter months. When the rest of your yard is snow-covered, the bright red berries will pop!

Sun: Prefers full or partial sun/shade
Soil: Prefers well-drained, acidic, moist soils. Grows well in wetland areas, but it does not do well in extremely dry conditions.
